    Return & Exchange Policy

    • Full refunds are only offered on orders that have been returned no later than 14 days after delivery (expedited shipping costs are excluded). After the 14-day period, we are unable to offer a refund.
    • Regular purchases can receive a full refund (minus any added expedited shipping costs) to the original payment method.
    • We offer a 30-day online store credit after delivery. After the 30-day period, we no longer offer store credit or exchanges.
    • Returned items MUST be returned in the same condition that they were received in and MUST have the original packaging. A refund will not be issued if a returned item is received by POV and is missing from the package, or damaged because of careless packaging/repackaging by the customer.
    • A 5% restocking fee is applied to “Return to Sender” packages like: wrong address, refused shipment, and unable to be forwarded. A restocking fee is NOT applied to regular returns.
    • Before shipping your return, you must have an RMA # (Return Authorization). We will NOT accept your return shipment without an issued RMA #. Your RMA # will be emailed to after your start the return process. 
    • Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable. 
    • Once we receive your order, it will be examined for severe damages or missing items. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be awarded to your chosen refund method within 3-7 business days.
